Service Description

Help build strength and flexibility with more physically challenging postures and flowing sequences, while promoting self-confidence, connection and compassion. Kids learn to be kind towards themselves, others, and the importance of community through the practice of fun and challenging poses, partner and group poses, lots of yoga games, mindfulness activities, breathing techniques, meditation, and calming exercises.
