Service Description

Combine simple and challenging yoga poses with engaging songs, props and stories that exercise social, sensory and motor skills while increasing flexibility and self-love. Children will strengthen their bodies as they learn how to focus and self-regulate through breathing, meditation, and relaxation techniques.
